Paul, the salesperson, measured and explained the various types of materials very carefully. He did a fantastic job. The window coverings look great. The installer was also very competent. Totally transformed my house.

We have always had great customer service with Marc. I called him about getting someone out here to do a small job and he (along with his excellent & cordial office staff) got me set up with someone real quick....much quicker than I ever expected! His awesome and friendly worker, Rene, came out and was super professional and polite and friendly the entire time he was here doing the work! He worked very fast and was very careful and efficient at the same time! His did beautiful work and did an awesome job of cleaning up behind him! I was very pleased with his work and would definitely give him an A++++ rating! He was very respectful and knew exactly what he was doing! I would definitely want him coming back to do any other work, if needed, at our house! I would HIGHLY, and without reservation, recommend him for any type of window/shutter work!

They installed high quality shutters in our studio in 2018 and they were the choice to install new shutters in our addition in 2023. The experience from start to finish was undeniably professional and expertly executed. We were impressed when they were able to design shutters for a small window over the kitchen sink. We sought out 3 quotes and this company was not the lowest priced but we felt they were reasonable especially with the shutters we received. We liked that they offered the type of shutters without the pole in the middle. We ordered one shade by Graber in a little nook. The installers did a great job and they cleaned up thoroughly at completion. We love the look! And, we would gladly recommend them!

You will never find better quality shutters at this price! I ordered them but wasn't home for the installation, my adult son was home and this was his second time using them so he is also impressed! The quality is unparalleled and we had 13 windows done, extremely happy with this purchase and installation!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Affordable Window Coverings has been extremely positive. I began looking for custom valances by doing an internet search. In a timely manner, AFC responded to my request and scheduled a free consultation with one of their designers, Troi. Troi was punctual for our consultation. She quickly took measurements and listened to my ideas for fabric and design. She helped me find a fabric I loved for our valances and provided a price on the spot. I had met with other companies that either never called me back or never gave me a quote, which led me to choosing AFC. We set up another meeting to finalize the details and I decided on some changes for our kitchen. Again, Troi spent time finding the perfect fabric and patterns I had described. She has an eye for great design! Even after our final meeting, I called back with some measurement adjustments and Troi made sure to update the information. I greatly appreciated their flexibility! Once the valances were ready, AFC set up a date for installation. Their installer was on time and did a beautiful job hanging our new valances. I highly recommend going through AFC if you're looking for custom window coverings. Our new window coverings look amazing and I will definitely be back for future products!

I could not possibly be happier with Affordable Window Coverings. I got high quality room-darkening shades and excellent service. I needed them as quickly as possible because the light in my office needed to be covered to provide consistent light from professional lighting sources for videos to be shown on TV. When there was a problem with the fabric I chose being back-ordered, the owner called me immediately and met me at the showroom to choose an alternative. Then he called the supplier to make sure all the parts were available. The installers were polite, competent and made sure the furniture was put back in place. I highly recommend them!

We did the deal through Costco and didn't know what to expect. The whole process was very smooth and expedient from consultation to installation. Paul was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful in guiding our decisions and selling us the product. We paid a little more than we were hoping but knew that we'd be getting quality shades and the process would hopefully be easier than trying to measure, order, and install ourselves. Sean came over to install and was in and out in less than half an hour for 10 windows. We look forward to working with them for future needs too.

I am the original owner of my home and in need of an upgrade in window coverings. I contacted Affordable and with no hesitation the scheduled someone to measure my downstairs windows. Design Consultant Paul Thompson arrived at my home on the scheduled date and on time. It was a blessing to meet Paul because of his professionalism and great customer service. Paul quoted me a price and installation date and I was totally sold especially because of the price. After Paul left I was so amazed at the price that I allowed him back to quote the upstairs. My coverings for downstairs was supposed to take a little longer however they were done in half that time. Downstairs is complete and awaiting my upstairs coverings. My downstairs coverings were completed today by technician Andrew Gonzales with the same professional and customer service as Paul Thompson. I salute both gentlemen for a job well done.

Paul came out and gave us an estimate on window shutters. He was Amazing and really knows his job. He gives excellent advice and brought samples with him on how the shutters will look. Totally professional and has a great product. I have other windows that we will consider doing in the future. I can't wait for the install.

I don't usually write reviews, Affordable Window Coverings did an all around great job. From the time they came out and measured my windows and help me decide what would be the best coverings to a timely matter of installation. The men, John and Rocky were on time for the scheduled appointment and they installed the blinds in a timely manner. They went over everything from operation of the blinds to the warranty. They were very polite and professional. And, when they left you wouldn't even know they were here. I found this company from Costco and was a little apprehensive at first since I never used Costco Services before. This was a great service! Affordable Window Coverings nailed it. He showed up with a mask and had no problem putting shoe coverings over his shoes. We scored big and had the honor of meeting Mark the owner. He was super down to earth, we ending up talking about life for about 30 minutes before we even started looking at window coverings THE WINDOW COVERING!! We went for the cream of the crop and purchased the blackout automatic roller shade! This wasn't an upsale, we knew exactly what we wanted. Hmm Maybe this was an upsale, he is the ownerjk Affordable window coverings was the only company that was able to give us exactly what we wanted. They offered the automatic roller shade in a one-piece in the dimensions of our oversized sliding glass door! Mark agreed that that's the best way to achieve the blackout, I agreed! The service man who did the installation showed up with the same courtesy and caution as Mark. He was working and singing at the same time, it was good to see someone who look like they enjoyed their job! Overall, our experience with Affordable window coverings was more than a 5 experience.

Great company and they stand behind their product! We had wood blinds install and after a few years we noticed some of them had shrunk and light was coming in. They came in and replaced them all - no hassles. We just had them install all the blinds in our new house. They are super responsive and great with follow up.

Marc was very easy to work with and his knowledge of window coverings and eye for privacy is great. At first I was only going to have about half of my windows covered but we took Marc's advise and had all 25 windows covered. BEST thing we could have done. He was right! and it made a difference to the privacy and curb appeal of our home. Everything was delivered and installed as promised and price is exactly that, AFFORDABLE. We are very happy with the installer, even though part of our order was a little off the issue was fixed with no headache at all. I had accidentally damage our cellulose shade that was originally installed by Affordable Window Coverings thru Costco. Three years after the original purchase they dug up some material they had left over (no longer make a product with the same material) and they made me a new shade, gave me a discount, and sent two people out to install who lubricated the internals for all of our shades; all for a very reasonable price. Very pleased!

We decided to have our new home completely done in vinyl plantation shutters. The owner Marc came out and did a amazing job from talking us through what kind of shutters to get to what size. In the end we ended up with a 60/40 split with 4 inch louvers and a hidden hinge. After waiting 6 weeks John and Rocky showed up for installation. These 2 guys assembled and installed 32 window shutters flawlessly in 3 hours! These guys were super professional and were great even when my kids got underfoot. The whole team was fantastic and my wife and I couldn't be happier with everything. These shutters look awesome!

We were very impressed with our entire experience. We set up an appointment through Costco and went to the main store in Murrieta to see some examples. Mark, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. He stayed after hours to help us order and was very patient. Delivery was quicker then expected and the installers were also very professional and did a great job. Our blinds look beautiful and motor is very quiet. I would highly recommend this company

Placed a last minute order for shutters for my windows as I wanted them in before Thanksgiving. Not only did they deliver them two weeks earlier than expected, but the put them in very timely when they arrived for installation, and they look fantastic!

I called Affordable window coverings 10 years ago to install blinds in my old home in Wildomar, and they lasted and I never had any issues. I ended up selling that home and had to leave my blinds behind. The home I just recently purchased, two months ago, had no blinds or shutters! So I called affordable again and they installed beautiful white aluminum shutters and made my new home look so much better! I love my new shutters!! I will always use affordable window coverings, reasonably priced, quality blinds and shutters. the installers were very professional and got the job done of installing shutters on 17 windows in under 2 hours. Affordable Window Coverings installed wooden blinds in our home several years ago. They were professional, responsive and provided a great product at a reasonable price. Over the years, they have provided small repairs (we have a dog who chews the wooden blinds when nervous) and helped us with new selections. Last week, Paul came to the house with samples to help us update our sliding glass doors and window treatments in the kitchen and family room. As always, Paul was patient, professional, helpful and un-rushed. He introduced us to products that were new to us, told us the pros and cons of different products, and helped us make selections that match our decor and life style. We are eagerly awaiting our updated window coverings which will be installed in time for Christmas!

We used Affordable Window Coverings to put shutters in our entire home. Marc came to our home late into the evening, well after 5 P.M. to show us what options we had. We initially thought we wanted a dark wood shutter but after many pictures, and samples that he showed us we quickly realized how dark that would make our home. THANK GOODNESS we went with Marc's recommendation of the white shutters. The 36 windows turned out beautifully. We were very blessed with his patience because we thought we had our mind made up and we were ready to order but then had to reevaluate and walk through the entire house. He took time to help us determine how we wanted them to open, close, and split. Fast forward a few weeks. The instillation was seamless. Their installers had to work with our painters, floor installers, and cabinet installers to install all at the same time. After we moved our first appointment due to a delayed painter they were very kind and shifted the appointment for us. During the instillation we finally made our minds up on the sliding glass door. Once again Marc came back to our home and helped us pick our beautiful woven wood window treatment out. We highly recommend Affordable Window Coverings. We have referred them to many friends and family and they are just as satisfied.

Great customer service and professional. After ordering shutters from another company that clearly don't fit our windows, I called Affordable for a second opinion and possible new shutters. Marc showed up on time with several samples and options choose from. He measured our windows and pointed out what was wrong with the shutters we purchased from another company. Marc was helpful in assisting us with obtaining a full refund from the previous shutter company. We love our window coverings! Marc was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of his product. He brought samples so we could actually see and touch what we were getting. He also brought a huge booklet of the many options that his company offered for window treatments. We went with plantation shutters throughout our home and they're beautiful. He demonstrated the ease of keeping them clean and how dark scratches could be buffed out just using your thumb! They supplied us with temporary blinds while our order was being custom made. It took about 6 weeks for all 24 window treatments to be made plus a set of French door covers. Since we were new to Temecula, Marc even extended a hand to help us find any other trades we needed. We were shopping for solar shades for the entire downstairs. Checked with several places and settled on AWC. Price was middle of the road. Robin our sales person came on time did a great job explaining roller solar shades and shutters and the pros and cons of both. Measured and we decided on shutters including the extra large slider. Was told 6-8 weeks. Got call end of 6th week. Installers were awesome, friendly and well mannered. Would highly recommend AWC to friends and family anytime. Professional around experience every step of the way! BTW, shutters look amazing and added a very clean look to our home. That extra large slider look amazing with our shutter sliders. I ordered custom shutters from Mark at Affordable Window Coverings and they arrived in 6 weeks as promised and were installed yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful. The installation crew of Kyle and Rocco were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and careful when moving my furniture. The shutters are of incredible quality and the price was totally affordable. My home needed 20 shutters plus 2 giant shutters for the sliding glass doors leading to the backyard. I love the way they look. I couldn't be happier. Wow! Sure glad we stumbled upon Affordable Window Coverings when we got quotes for new shutters! Price wise they blew every other quote out of the water! The quote was less than we expected (based on previous experience elsewhere), he was very good about talking about options (no hard sell), and they were installed quickly. Want to shout out the installers who did the whole job very quickly and neatly, really going the extra mile to remove the old blinds and leave everything tidy. we would definitely use this company again (although since we now have the whole house done, not sure we will ever need to! :-)

We met Jason Apple at a home show in San Diego and signed up for him to give us a bid at a house we have just bought. He was very busy and worked long hours just to accommodate everyone and their schedules. We received one other bid for the exact same product and his bid was substantially lower. Obviously, we decided to go with him and I can tell you the customer service doesnt stop there. The girls that I spoke to at the office were all nice and pleasant and I received a timely call back anytime I called. I know that each persons experience may be different depending on who their rep is so if you can , ask for Jason Apple. He is awesome ;) Blinds came in early and were installed immediately and the other window coverings came in a tad late but not to where I would think it was anything out of the ordinary. Overall great experience for the price we paid.

We really love our new custom plantation shutters which included sixteen shutters with custom arches, plus one fabric shade in the master bath. I worked with Adrienne on the schedule where she helped us get everyone to our place for each step of the process. James came over and got us started with the initial design, measurements, suggestions and appropriate material for our home. Josh recommended Sunland Shutters design would be a perfect fit because of the arches on our windows. It was manufactured and design all in one piece and opened on one side for easy access to the windows. Kyle and Rocky did an excellent job and completed the installation in no time at all! Very happy with my shutters! Great quality & service!! After hearing what other places wanted to charge I think I got a great deal.

We had affordable windows put shutters in our home. Our main front window had a half circle at the top which made the installation very difficult with some angled cuts. the sales person advised us that it was a tough window to get just right so he reccommended the manufacture come out and install the shutters. The manufacuture installed the shutters and the front window came out perfect. We had some issues with the side windows coming off the wall due to them being to small for the window opening. The manufacture would not help us at all even though they had installed them incorectly !!! Affordable windows was great they stepped in and replaced the shutters to fit correctly in the windows before Christmas. To date these shutters now look and work terrific. a real stand up company i would reccommend to anyone looking for shutters in there home..
